I’m wearing gray again today, however – I have paired it with my statement pops of color.  This bright orange purse seems a perfect match for the crisp Fall weather and my cardigan keeps me cozy through a long work day.

TIP: Details like these cardigan studs and blouse v-neck pleats are great little tricks to bring attention up to the face and neck area.

I’m always so inspired and appreciative of my fellow fashion bloggers, but so often I forget to acknowledge your fabulousness!  Today, I thank all my lovlies out there and say keep doing what you’re doing!  My outfit today was inspired by a recent look of Kasmira’s from What I Wore Today.

A sleek business look for this working day.  I really wanted to highlight the fun necklace and thought it stood out well against the black.  Over the last year or so I’ve collected quite a few more gold items than I ever used to.  I probably still wear silver or colored jewelry more, but really I love them all!

I went with more of a typical business casual look than my norm today.  I like to pair this button up with a vest or cardigan layer of some sort and I always love blue and purple together, so that was an easy pairing.

Happy Almost Weekend

Happy happy Friday!  I’m feeling the need to escape lately – and while I’m not really sure how to manage that in everyday life – I am glad it’s the weekend, and I do hope to find just a bit of escape in the next few days.

Tonight is Sex & the City!  Tomorrow, who knows..?

I was planning on really getting glam-ed up for girl’s night, but changed my mind last minute & decided to be more comfortable and just wear what I wore to work.  I think it was still fun enough for a girls’ dinner & movie night!
